Founded in Singapore in 1999, OneEmpower was built on a foundational belief in the transformative power of loyalty marketing. This core principle has guided our mission from day 1 and continues to drive our evolution as an industry leader.
We achieved our first implementation and major integration of our OneLoyalty™ system with the banking systems of one of the largest banks in Hong Kong, marking our entry into the financial sector.
Between 2004–2005, we completed our second large-scale implementation of OneLoyalty™ with major banks in Singapore and Malaysia, affirming our strength in the financial sector.
We obtained our first patent grant. Since then, we have secured further patents for innovations in loyalty reward systems and methods—now totalling over 40 patents across 18 countries and regions.
We were awarded a significant contract and implemented our OneLoyalty™ system with a major international bank across 6 markets in Asia between 2008–2010, firmly establishing OneEmpower as an industry leader.
We expanded our local presence across multiple Asian markets, establishing OneEmpower Vietnam to serve one of the region’s fastest-growing markets. Since then, we have implemented OneLoyalty™ for four leading banks in Vietnam.
We launched the world’s first Apple Rewards Store in partnership with DBS Bank and Apple, enabling customers to purchase Apple products using reward codes, points, cards, and instalment plans. Multiple Apple Rewards Stores have since been launched with financial institutions across Asia.
Between 2022–2024, we deployed OneLoyalty™ in 4 markets outside Singapore for one of the region’s largest banking groups, successfully migrating hundreds of millions of transaction records from an acquired card business.
We were awarded a regional contract to deliver a unified rewards and loyalty system for one of Singapore’s largest banking groups, spanning 5 markets and multiple consumer banking products—affirming OneEmpower as a premier technology partner for leading financial institutions in Asia.
