Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze project requirements. Develop
business requirements specification documents, use case design documents, prototypes, wireframes,
and workflows for the software development team.
Support the Project Manager in managing
requirements and implementing projects.
Support the software product quality testing team
in developing test scenarios to ensure full and correct compliance with business specifications.
Draft user manuals, provide professional training,
and support customers in using the product.
Support troubleshooting during deployment and
operation.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a Business
Analyst position.
Proficient in English; experience in the Loyalty
Marketing domain is an advantage.
Priority given to candidates with experience in
SQL, Postman, JMeter, or similar test tools.
Strong understanding of the software development
process.
Familiar with bug management tools and experienced
in projects following CMMI or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
