Test Lead
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Software Test Engineers to specify,
design, implement, and evolve testing processes and execution.
Define and conduct training related to QA/QC.
Define Test Plans and Test Cases based on
requirements.
Develop automated test scripts.
Conduct manual testing and automated testing.
Identify, report, and track bugs and their
solutions.
Write Test Reports.
Communicate with Project Manager and customers on
requirements and test results.
Work closely with Developers to improve developed
software applications.
Research latest testing techniques/tools and
verify usability for projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a QA/Test Lead
position.
Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and
Test Reports.
Experience with various types of testing including
unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, and usability
testing.
