Tester
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements specification
documents, use case design documents, prototypes, wireframes, and workflows provided by the BA to
the software development team.
Develop software testing strategies and plans for
the project.
Develop software product quality testing scenarios
to ensure completeness and compliance with business specifications.
Test software products according to the developed
scenarios, log bugs for the development team, and report status and test results to the project
leader.
Work with the development team to investigate and
support the investigation of software errors.
Organize and support UAT with partners, monitor,
and report results to project managers.
Support drafting user manuals, organizing
instructions, assisting customers in using the product, and troubleshooting when problems occur.
Communicate and act as a bridge between customers
and the programming department when necessary.
Requirements
Graduated from University/College majoring in
Information Technology or Finance and Economics.
Practical experience in a tester position; good
English communication is an advantage.
Priority given to candidates with experience in
SQL, Postman, JMeter, or similar testing tools.
Knowledge of software processes and the ability to
build test processes.
Ability to read, understand, and analyze project
requirements.
Experience using bug management tools and working
on projects according to CMMI, Agile/Scrum processes is an advantage.
